Enjoy the thick-sliced tongue and standard short ribs, and then move on to the grilled misuji. Thinly slice the largest part of the misuji core. If you roll this with special egg yolk and eat it, you will be instantly satisfied. The rich flavor overwhelmed me. Of course, be sure to check out the hearty Samgyeopsal Saikyo-yaki. I liked that the sweetness of the koji brought out the flavor of the pork. In addition to Yakiniku (Grilled meat), we also have smoked roast beef and beef stew that fascinate us.
