アトム系列の回転寿司、徳兵衛さん。
職人が手作りで作る本格派の回転寿司。
もっぱら100円回転寿司が主戦上の私としては、贅沢なのです。
えび三昧、サーモン三昧など、一皿で複数種類が味わえるお皿を中心に頂きました。
赤えびや甘えびは大きく、食感もプリプリ。
良い意味でえびの香りがしています。
サイドメニューも天ぷらなどしっかりしており、満足感は高め。
少し気になったのは注文を声をかけてする昔ながらのスタイル。タッチパネルが主流な流れなので、せめて紙に書いて渡すスタイルにしてくれたら助かるのにな…。と感じました。
優しそうな周りのご夫婦が声をかけられなくて困っていらっしゃいましたので。
味は満足なのでまたうかがうと思います。
