用事の合間でランチだったので、サッと入れてすぐ食べられると、初めて握りの徳兵衛さんに行ってみました。
シジミのお味噌汁をセルフサービスでいただきました。
久しぶりに飲んだ〜美味し〜(*´³`*)
肝心のお寿司ですが、ネタはよかったです。
だけど、ビックリするくらいご飯が柔らかくてシャリという感じでは無いくらい。
軍艦のものなど、ご飯がおにぎり？五平餅のお餅？のようにくっついて固まりがちで、口の中でご飯でモゴモゴしてしまう。
好みかもしれませんが、こういうシャリのお寿司は初めて食べました。
徳兵衛さんはどこもそうなのかしら？？

甘だれは、かなり甘めの味付けで、せっかくの素材が…
甘だれなんだから甘い方が好きな方も多いのかな？
生のホタルイカは珍しいしおいしかったです。
