昼飲みで初訪問。
給仕係は、
美しい女性店員。
窓際のカウンター席に案内され
着席時には椅子も引いてくれて
接客は普通に良かった。
ナプキンは、
マクドやファミレスで見かける
一般的な紙ナプキンだったけど、
まあ日本的で悪くない。
そして、
写真の撮れ高も良くないし、
あまりいいオチも思い浮かばないので
普通にレビューする事にしよう。

どうでもいいが。
注文は、
Ａランチ3000円とビールと
ワインで会計は4800円ほど。
前菜は、自然からの贈り物
余韻広がるポアヴロンルージュのムース
トマトのクーリージャルディニエール風。
と、
すごいメニュー名だが、
簡単に言うと
赤パプリカのムースに
ソースはトマトのピュレ。
スープは、大地のエッセンス
なめらかなフランと
ごぼうのエミュルション。
と、

ポルチーニ茸のフラン入りの
牛蒡のポタージュ。
選べるメインは、出会いの軌跡
骨付き鶏もも肉を2種の調理法で
スパイスをきかせた
コンフィ＆赤ワイン煮こみ。
という
メニュー名で、
出会いの軌跡というより
出会いの奇跡って感じで
趣深い料理だった。
鶏もも肉コンフィは、
コンフィというより
手羽元の唐揚げみたいだったが、
パリッと揚げ焼きにした皮が食感良く
味も普通にうまい。
そして、
鶏肉の赤ワイン煮込みは、
初めて食べたけど、
一般的な牛ホホ肉と比較すると
油分少なく淡白な感じだが
芳醇に煮詰められたワインが
香り高くヘルシーで普通にうまい。
そこそこお手頃価格で、
接客も良く普通に満足だった。
