ゆったりとできるモーニングコーヒー

時間の余裕が出来たので、ゆっくり落ち着いたコーヒーショップでモーニング。
サライの奈良についての雑誌を読みながら、豆から挽いて出して頂くのを待ちました。
飲みやすいコーヒーです。
地下鉄東山線今池と池下の真ん中くらいの場所にあります。
もう少し北へ向かうと東部医療センターがある仲田商店街の一角です。
珈琲専科と記されている看板に魅かれてモーニングに訪問しました。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、オーダーを聞いてからコーヒーを入れてくれます。
ホットコーヒーとオーダーすると麗らかと言われました。
店のブレンド名でアメリカンは朝露、ブレンドは麗らかで深入りが好みの場合は朧月と言うそうです。
基本的には麗らかを出すようで、常連になると深入りの意味も分かるようになるのかな？
モーニングサービスのパンも中はふわっとして、外はサクッと美味しい。
ゆで卵がマッシュ状で出されるのでもさもさ感が無くて美味しい。
グレープフルーツが１切れデザートとして添えてあり、酸味が効いていいパンチでした。

モーニングサービスがある時間帯だったので、訪問しました。
ホットコーヒーに半トーストと玉子ペーストにグレープフルーツがカットされたものです。
コーヒーが美味しいので、ほっとします。
美味しく頂きました。
