名古屋市の今池界隈でお昼です。
この日のお店は「麒麟楼」。
千種区今池南に有る中華料理店。
名古屋環状線に面した結構目立つ店構え。
「食べログ」の評価も結構高めで、
以前から目を付けていたお店でも有ります。
入店は12時頃。
80席も有る店内は結構な賑わい振り。
私は僅かに空いたテーブル席に案内されました。
注文は日替わりランチA。
このお店の日替わりはAとBの2種類。
この日のAは豚肉とセロリと春雨、
Bはエビとナスと揚げ豆腐でした。
ランチにはコーヒーか烏龍茶が無料サービスとの事。
私は烏龍茶でお願いしました。
注文から8分程で日替わりランチAが登場。
豚挽肉とセロリと春雨の炒め物の他、サラダ、コロッケ、
玉子スープ、ご飯、漬物、杏仁豆腐が付いて来ました。
豚挽肉とセロリと春雨の炒め物はちょっと味が濃かったです。
ご飯のおかずとしては丁度良いのかも知れませんが…。
セロリはサッと油通しした程度でシャキシャキ感が有りました。
栄養の点でも火を通し過ぎるのは良く無いと言われていますね。
それ以外のお料理は可も無く不可も無くって感じです。
「食べログ」での高評価の片鱗には触れられなかったですね。
