I saw a special feature on Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) with sauce at Matsuko, and I really wanted to try it, so I searched nearby and visited. There were quite a few customers and the atmosphere seemed to be loved by the locals. The menu is extensive, and there are many items that you don't usually see, so I was a little confused, but I decided to stick to my basics and chose the sauce-based Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). I received the Ankake Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) with a slightly sweet seasoning and plenty of toppings at the level I expected.
