極上、春の食材を贅沢にいただきました
今回も大好きなよし都さんで夕食を。
和歌山産の鰹のたたき、茗荷と紅葉おろしの薬味と一緒にいただきます。春の初鰹。紀州の鰹は「もち鰹」と言われるそうですが、食感も味も最高です。
熊本産の焼き筍、筍の木の芽和え。焼き筍はホクホク、木の芽とも合いますね〜。
北海道産の鰯の塩焼き、かなり立派な鰯を焼きたてでいただきます。
長野産の太茹でアスパラ、かなり立派なアスパラ。茹でたてをマヨネーズでいただきます。これも美味い！
その他、九十九里浜の焼き蛤、蟹コロッケ、日間賀島産タコの唐揚げ、ホタルイカの酢味噌和え、焼き明太子、クリームチーズの味噌漬け、だし巻き卵、締めはあおさ汁で。どれも一つ一つが丁寧で上品な味わい。本当に美味しかったです。

いつも人気のよし都さん。
今回はいつものメニューに加えて、タコ、シャコ、とうもろこしの冷製スープなどをいただきました。
タコはオススメの食べ方で、塩とレモンでいただきましたがかなり美味しい！この食べ方はいいですね。
シャコも立派なシャコです。うーん、美味しい。
とうもろこしの冷製スープも上品なとうもろこしの甘さがいいですね。
よし都さんは、ほんと何を食べても美味しいですね。
