名古屋の人気ラーメン店を訪問。オーソドックスなラーメンのスタイルながらうまさ抜群のお味でした。
伺ったお店は、地下鉄東山線の今池駅から歩いてすぐそば。アクセスは非常により場所にあります。
タイミングが良かったのか、お店の前に列はありませんでしたが、
お店に入ってビックリ。
コロナの影響で間引き席にしてあるようで、元からカウンター席のみですがその席は4席しかありません。
これはすぐお店は満席になりますね。
注文した「中華そば」はあまり待たずに目の前に運ばれてきました。
メンマ、小口切りされたネギ、そしてチャーシュー3枚。
このチャーシューが脂がしっかりのっており、いい具合に味がついており美味しいんです。
スープは醤油と鶏ガラのバランスも良く双方の旨みがしっかり感じられます。
麺は細麺ストレート。柔らかすぎずいい感じの茹で具合です。
昔ながらの典型的なラーメンと言えますが、脂こってりラーメンばかりでなく、こんなラーメンに出会うとホッとします。
