名古屋・池下の「リストランテ ネグラマーロ」。静かな裏路地にある、北イタリアの郷土料理がいただけるイタリア料理店です。
掲げられたイタリア国旗以外はそこがイタリア料理店だとは分からない目立たない外観ですが、店内はなかなかシックな雰囲気で、小さいながらも本格的なイタリア料理を楽しめそうです。
いただいたのは「平日限定ランチ」900円。本日のパスタにサラダが付いたとてもシンプルなランチセットです。
本日のパスタは「もち豚のアマトリチャーナ」と「サバと青菜のアーリオオーリオ」の２種類からの選択でした。
「サバと青菜のアーリオオーリオ」は、鯖の水煮と青菜を使ったシンプルでヘルシーなオイルパスタで、鯖の旨みがパスタ全体に広がったサッパリした味わい。トマトベースの「もち豚のアマトリチャーナ」も美味しそうでしたが、鯖好きの私としてはシンプルなアーリオオーリオで正解でした。
セットのサラダもオードブルのような設えで何気に高ポイント。これが千円以下でいただけるのですから、平日ランチのコスパは大したものです。
