餃子が大好物の僕と炒飯が大好物のＫ君と２人で、激ウマの炒飯＆餃子を探していこうという ”町中華” 巡り。
今回は、今池の繁華街のコインパーキングにクルマを停め、テクテクと歩いて目的のお店『珍々亭 支店』サンに向かいます。
お世辞にもキレイと言いづらい店内には、雑然と色んなモノが置かれております。片付けも出来ないのなら段取りが悪いのかと思えば、料理の提供は驚くほど手際がよく素早かったりするので謎です (笑)
先ずは、ビールと餃子２人前をオーダー。ビールは、サッポロ 黒ラベル・キリン クラシックラガー・アサヒ スーパードライ の中から選択を委ねられましたので、アタクシは餃子に合いそうなスーパードライをチョイス。
しばらく待っていると、餃子 登場。１人前が10ヶなので、合計20ヶ。1口サイズなので、ドンドン食べれちゃいます。カリッと焼かれた この 餃子 メチャクチャ美味しい。堺正章さんなら「いただきました、星３つ ですぅ」ってところでしょうか。
お次は 町中華を楽しめそうな 八宝菜 と 油淋鶏 をオーダー。出来上がりを厨房内の調理風景をカウンター越しに眺めて、楽しく待ちます。おーっ！結構な勢いでファイヤー。火柱が上がります。
高温で一気に仕上げられ、 八宝菜・油淋鶏 が順に目の前に。油淋鶏の即食べは火傷の危険性を感じたので、先ずは八宝菜から。野菜の甘味といい具合のトロミで、これまた美味し。ドリンクのように喉を通っていきます。お次は、油淋鶏。カリッと揚がったトリ唐に絶妙なタレ。これはもう間違いのない美味しさで、誰もが好きなタイプ。
ウマいウマいと食べ進め、最後に〆の 炒飯をオーダー。チャチャっと仕上げられ、スープと共に目の前に。これぞ”町中華”の 炒飯 ですというビジュアルで、味も文句なし。ごちそうさんでした。
なんだろう、この全体的なウマさ。キタナシュラン的要素もある意味美味しさを倍増させているのかもしれませんが、サンダル履きでやってきてサクッといただいて満腹になって帰るというシチュエーションなら、もう完璧がすぎるお店かも。細かい事が気にならない人には、バッチグーかと思います。レッツ！ ”町中華”
ちなみに本日のオーダーは、瓶ビール 710円×1・餃子560円×2・八宝菜920円・油淋鶏970円・炒飯 710円円×2。しめて、5140円(税込) でございました。（１人当たり＝2570円）
