早い時間にお邪魔して満席だったので、2軒挟んで再度伺いました。
本日の注文

・小松菜の煮浸し
★栃尾の油揚げ(ハーフ)
★つくね串焼き
コノ字カウンター14席で、サラリーマンで賑わうお店。
3軒目だったので、お刺身気分ではなく焼物を注文。
つくねは、塩かタレを選べたので塩をチョイス。
卵黄がついてきたのでタレにしておけばよかった...。
栃尾の油揚げは、サクッと焼き上げた揚げの上に薬味がたっぷりかかって日本酒のアテに最高の逸品。
ただ横の席のサラリーマンがzoomで騒ぎ散らしていたのを注意もせずが残念...
