千種駅の南側、河合塾本館と道路を挟んだ辺りにある石焼ピビンパ専門店です。
ランチで訪問しました。
この日はいつもより少しヘルシーに、サラダビビンバ丼+ミニ冷麺のセット¥880を注文しました。
サラダと言うことで、器は石ではなく陶器のお皿です。
サラダ仕立ては結構珍しいかもですね。
具材は、レタス、キュウリ、ナムル(小松菜、もやし、きくらげ、だいこん)、海苔、ゆで卵、ソースはコチュジャンとマヨネーズです。
食べてみると、サラダと言いながらボリューム感もあって、意外と男性にも良いかも、と思いました。
もっと色々な野菜が入っていると尚良いですね。
付け合わせの冷麺も、清涼感あって良いです。
また来ようと思います。
