本日は地下鉄今池駅より徒歩５分の所にある【栗菓匠 和泉】さんをご紹介させて頂きます♪
伺ったのは平日ランチ後！ お店の前に２台分ですが駐車場があります。
こちらのお店、名前にも書いてあるように栗菓子にこだわりがあるお店で、今の時期は多数の栗系和菓子が並んでおりました！
私が購入した和菓子は
栗きんとん
栗きんとん大福
栗きんとん蕨餅
栗きんとん巻
草餅
各一個づつ
春は苺大福が有名で「こし餡・つぶ餡・白餡・生チョコ・フルーツ大福」の５種類を用意！夏にはみかん大福やアイスバーなどもありますので四季に合わせて利用するのも楽しいかもしれませんね♪
早速夜、まず草餅（賞味期限が当時だったので）を頂きました！お餅部分はどちらかと言うとしっかり弾力があるお餅で中の粒あんは甘さ控えめで食べやすかったです！
明日は栗系和菓子（翌日までが賞味期限）を頂こうと思います！
