地下鉄今池駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所にある和菓子屋さん、休日の午前中に利用してみました。
店内には秋らしい栗きんとんや栗きんとん大福、栗きんとんわらび餅、栗きんとん水まんじゅうなど栗を使ったお菓子や塩大福や草餅などの定番の生菓子、それにどら焼きなどお菓子も並んでいました。
その中から栗きんとんに栗きんとん巻き、それにどら焼きからバタで〜ら大好きの３点を購入、栗きんとんはほっこりとした食感とともに栗の風味が強く感じられてなかなか美味しい栗きんとんです。
そしてどら焼きのバタで〜ら大好き、コレはその名前のとおりバターの入ったどら焼きなんですがずっしりとした重量感があります。
ふっくらした皮の中にはほどよい甘さの粒あんとバター、言うまでもなくあんことバターの相性はばっちりなんですが、その想像以上にバターのコクのある味わいが餡とマッチして皮とのバランスも絶妙で美味しかったです。
