名古屋市千種区今池駅から徒歩5分ぐらい環状線沿いにある和菓子屋「栗菓匠 和泉」
栗の菓子を冠にした店名に惹かれて訪問してみました。
秋の季節はやっぱり栗きんとんが食べたくなりますよね。
こちらのお店は栗きんとんは勿論のこと、栗を使った創作和菓子が取り揃えられて居ます。
このシーズンはお店の看板メニューである「栗きんとん巻」が季節限定で販売されます。
栗きんとんの餡をどら焼きの薄焼き生地と蜜で包んだ和菓子は甘さが控えめで外側の生地はほんのり甘味があり、中の栗きんとんは甘さが殆ど感じられない栗の素材そのものが愉しめる。
抹茶やコーヒーにピッタリの秋のお菓子。
友達にお土産で5本ほど詰め合わせて持っていったらかなり喜ばれた。
