名古屋・今池のダイエー通り沿いにある焼肉店「松の木」。商店街の中ではけっこう目立つ店構えで、店内は思ったよりも広く、手前がテーブル席、奥に座敷席が配されています。衛星放送なのかテレビには韓国の放送が流れていて、それだけでまるでソウルに来ているような雰囲気です。
いただいたのは「シロンタン定食」1,100円。”シロンタン”というのは、ソウル風の牛肉と春雨が入ったスープで、牛肉と牛骨で長時間煮込んであるため、牛の骨髄が溶けてコクの深い白濁したスープになっています。辛いイメージが強い韓国料理ですが、これは辛さのないとても優しい味わいです。塩やコショウで自分好みに味を調えながらいただくものなのだそうですが、この店のソロンタンは既に軽い塩味がついていて、控えめな味付けながら、そのままでもとてもバランスの良い味わいでいただけました。
カミさんが注文した「石焼ビビンバ定食」900円の石焼ピビンバも安定した王道の味わい。看板は焼肉屋さんになっていますが、むしろ本格的な韓国料理が楽しめる店でした。
