忘年会の締めで訪問しました。
今日は塩ラーメンを頂こうと思い、栄から今池まで移動です。
・塩ラーメン 900円
店名は空王士。
なんて読むのかなと思っていたら、店員さんのTシャツにふりがなが振ってあり、「くうし」と読みます。
着丼したラーメンは、濁ったスープに大きな焼豚が2枚、メンマが少々、大きな海苔が飾られています。
そして、水菜が乗ってます。
味付け控えめのメンマ。
柔らかいメンマです。
大きな焼豚は、箸でつまんでみるとレア系で、極薄にスライスしてあります。
麺は低加水の細打ちストレート麺です。
麺を頂くと、細打ちのパツパツ系は、長浜漁港で食べたラーメンを思い出します。
でも長浜系とはスープが違います。
濁っていますが塩系です。
魚介なのか、出汁が効いています
スープ美味しいですね。
海苔が黒々としています。
それを見てたら、下水道の排水処理が上手くいってるので海が綺麗になり、その結果、牡蠣、海苔、アサリなどが育たなくなったので、今度は排水浄化の手を緩めている事を思い出しました。
美味しいラーメンで、満腹です。
今週、あと2回忘年会があるので、今週は太りそうだなと、悪い予感がしました(苦笑)
