店内は満席で待っている方もいらっしゃっいました。それでいてホールスタッフが少ないのか最初のお肉が出てくるまで20分以上待ちました。ドリンクはわりとすぐ出てきました。とにかくオペレーションが悪く、そこが残念。店内は綺麗とは言えないです。普通の焼肉屋さんと言った感じ。
これはハズレか？とおもいきやお肉がとても美味しいかったです。
手頃なお値段ですが柔らかく旨みのあるいいお肉に思いました。炙りレバーはプリプリでとても鮮度が良かったです。炙る程度で食べれるという謳い文句ですから昔は生で食べられたのでしょう。オペレーションの悪さはたまたまかもしれませんし、総合的にみるととても素晴らしいお店でした。リピート確定です。
