久々にのんびりと過ごす土曜休日
必要な物・探している物の調達等あって、散歩がてら単身宅周辺をぐるりと歩き回った後、昼食にと立ち寄ったのが、名古屋の地元・池下にある「なかの」というお寿司屋さん
見たところ、看板には“sushi”なんぞと書いてありますから、今風のコンセプトのお店なのかな
普段なら、休日とはいえ、昼食にすしなんて、軽すぎる気がして見向きもしない私ですが、今日に限っては、市場でいただいた朝ラーがまだ効いていますから、軽い昼食はむしろ望むところと思ってこちらにやって来ました
入ってみれば、お店の中にまた暖簾があり、くぐってみれば、なかなかに小洒落た造りになっています
入って右手にはテーブルスペースもあるようですが、おひとりさまゆえ、案内されたカウンター席に着き、「ランチ(1,080円)」をオーダーしました
お店はご店主と、アルバイトらしき若い男性(割烹着を着ていないところからみて、お弟子さんではなさそうなので)の2名体制
まず配されたのは、青菜のごま和えらしき小鉢
続いて熱々の茶碗蒸しが供されました
さらにややあってやってきたすし本体
まあ、値段が値段ゆえ、ネタは強打者不在の打線のごとし、といったところですが、それを別としても、すしの味自体、ちょっと微妙ですね
それにしても、いなりずしが１カン扱いになっているのを見るのは初めてだし、少なくとも関東ではこういうのに出くわしたことがないよなぁ
デザートにはマンゴープリン
今回一番美味しかったのはこれかもね(笑)
うーん
ちょっとしたコース仕立てっぽくするのが、こちらの流儀にして、看板にもある“sushi”たる所以なのかもしれないけれど、これなら、お椀を添えるだけのシンプルなものにして、その分すしにもっと力を入れてもらいたいよなぁ…
