お任せでいただきました。卵の詰まったぼたん海老、ふんわり穴子、アジ、シメ鯖、光ものもどれも美味しかったです。鮪は、いただく部位によって産地も違うようです。イカだけ、ちょっと固めで残念でした。ぼたん海老の頭は後で写真のように焼いてくださいます。
店内はカウンターと個室があり、明るい内装です。今回、このお店に決めたのは、完全禁煙と聞いたからです。少し前に別のお寿司屋さんで隣の席の煙草の煙に塗れ、お寿司のネタの味も分からなくなり、悲しい思いをしたことがあったからです。「なかの」さんでは綺麗な空気の中で、大変いい環境でお食事ができました。
白ワインとの相性もよく、好きな寿司ネタだけを選んでゆっくりいただけました。料金は、一人5,000円位。お財布にも優しいので、何度でも通えそうです。大将の機転と禁煙環境で、居心地のいい場所での快適なディナータイムとなりました。
