すしランチは小鉢からデザートまで
地下鉄東山線池下駅１番出口を出て、マクドナルドとヤマハの間の道を南へ２本目を左に見るとお店があります。
数年前から気にはなっていましたが、行く機会がやっと訪れました。
すしランチは１０００円からあって、小鉢、にぎり、茶わん蒸し、ほうじ茶プリンでした。
赤出汁がなかったのはちょっと残念でした。
小鉢の切り干し大根の煮物は繊細に切られた野菜に甘さ控えめな味付けがやさしい味でした。
お寿司は丁寧に握られて、こぶジメはしっかり存在感がありました。
茶わん蒸しは熱いので気を付けてと言う言葉通り熱々を頂きました。
ほうじ茶プリンはお茶の香りがよく分かるものでした。

メニューからランチはにぎり6貫に巻物、小鉢、茶碗蒸し、デザートが付いています。
寿司はしっとりとしてネタとシャリの相性が良い感じ。
裏返しのいなりの味付けも甘めで私の好み。
茶碗蒸しも具沢山で、熱々。
デザートの胡麻風味が甘さ控えめで美味しい。
