玉ぐすくのスープを使ったスパイスカレー専門店オープン |
数年前から知ってはいたのですが、中々今池方面に行く用事が無かったけど、母の足にできた巨大な出来物の診察の度にたらい回しにされて行き着いたのが名古屋市立大学病院。朝9時に来て手術が16時からという事で時間がある。どうしょうかと考えていたらふと、玉ぐすくが頭に浮かび地下鉄桜山から今池まで行き玉グスクヘ。11時30分開店で11時50分ごろに入店すると待ち無しで7〜8分程で着丼。特製塩ラーメンと平日無料の黒米のご飯(セルフ)を頂きました。スープは透き通って透明感がある。麺は中太のストレート。具は、鶏と豚のチャーシューがそれぞれ2枚ずつにネギ・ほうれん草・半熟味玉・しめじ。自分的には味が薄く感じ塩が足りないかな！麺はもう少しコシが欲しかったが喉越しは良かった。チャーシューは豚がしっとりした食感でとてもグッドでした。
