名古屋コーチンや三河地鶏を使った焼き鳥店です。
希少部位も楽しめるところが◯です。
生レバー刺しも血抜きが良いのか鮮度が良いのか両方なのか…美味しくて頂けました。
締めに雑炊を食べましたがこちら...
近所なのでフラッと立ち寄った焼き鳥屋さん。
二軒目だったのでどちらかと言うとお酒メインで行こうと思って軽いつまみと串を軽く頼んだらこれがどれも美味過ぎる！

レバー刺しがめちゃ美味しい！
臭みが全くなく、口の中でとろける口当たりが最高です。
鳥が新鮮で、何を食べても美味しかったです。
出し巻き卵が絶品！
