ひと手間のこだわりが光ってる！
今日、ダイハチ商店行ってきました。
２回目！
１回目でかなり気に入ってしまい
今回は友人と。
このお店はどのメニューも外れなし！
特に希少部位の「セリ」は食感も味も最高です。
そして、地鶏のタタキ
いままで鶏のタタキ食べましたが、このお店の
タタキは全然違う。
表面を炙ってあり、焦げ目が香ばしくて、本当に
美味しい。
半熟うずらも食べてビックリ！
かんだ途端に中の黄身がとろ～り。
濃厚でしっかりした旨みがおそってきます。
〆の料理もうどんからとろろご飯、鶏スープのお茶漬けなど
種類も豊富。
今回はとろろご飯。
ただのとろろご飯ではない、ひと手間加えてこだわりの味に、
これも抜群の美味しさ。
欲を言えばドリンクで、
日本酒好きなので日本酒の種類が
あまりに淋しい。
今後増えていくことを期待します。
夜中も３時まで営業ということで
仕事で遅くなった後も行ける、ありがたいお店。
近々にまた行きそうです！

すると全てが別次元に美味しく進化してました！
もも肉は粒が大きくなって
味は塩のみ
ジューシーな焼き加減
口に入れた途端に旨みが溢れて止まらない！
ネギ間はネギまで美味しく焼けている！
レバーは口に入れた途端に笑い出す美味しさ
そしてラーメン！
これだけで勝負できるんじゃない？
とにかく全て美味しかった！
毎日でも通いたくなる味でした！
