In spring, we have komatsuna, Horenso, snap peas, mini carrots, and fava beans, and in summer, we use tomatoes, Manganji chili peppers, eggplants, green beans, sixteen cowpeas, corn, and zucchini. You can enjoy a variety of seasonal ingredients such as radish, New Year's greens, and radish in autumn, and arugula, garland chrysanthemum, mizuna, pumpkin, and kumquat in winter.
