以前、西区のお店にはお邪魔した事があったのですが、こちらのお店は初めてでした。
夫の先輩のおススメでお邪魔してきました。
こじんまりとしていますが、奥にはテーブルもあって、ちょうどよい広さです。
オープンしてからそんなに経っていないので、木のカウンターも綺麗な状態でした。
こちらにお邪魔したからには、ビオワインを頂きます。
以前、西区のお店にお邪魔した際も、おススメのビオを一通りいただき大満足だった覚えがあります。
今回も夫の先輩から、コレとコレは絶対！というアドバイスをいただいたメニューを片っ端から制覇(笑)
まず、紫苑のロゼ。
これ、美味しかったです！
巨峰から作られたワインだそうで、焼き鳥によく合いました。
巨峰というと甘そうですが、いい意味で期待を裏切ってくれます。
普段あまりロゼは頂かないのですが、こちらはあっという間に夫婦2人で1本空けてしまいました。
エチケットもお花の絵で、それもとても素敵。
焼き鳥は、全てが肉厚でジューシーで、名古屋の焼き鳥屋さんの中でもかなり美味しいと思います。
実は前日に某有名焼き鳥屋さんにお邪魔したのですが、そことは全く別物？というくらいのお味です。
つくねは、五平もち(笑)？というくらいの大きさ。
わさび乗せのわさびは、その都度おろして乗せてくれるので、とても新鮮なお味です。
あと感動したのは、鶏のウィンナー。
焼かれて風船みたいにどんどん膨らむそのお姿は、どこかユニークでもあります。
手作りとのことですが、毎日作れるわけではないそうなので、あればラッキーなようです。
他には、お揚げもとっても香ばしくて美味しかったです。
2人でどれだけ食べるんだ？という感じですが、いろいろと食べたくなってしまいどんどん追加してしまいました。
どれも、大変美味しく大満足でした。
それと…
器がどれも素敵なのです。
骨董屋さん覗いては探されているようで、目の保養にもなります。
割れてしまったお皿や、欠けてしまったしまったお皿も、きちんと金継ぎして直されていました。
快くいろんなお皿を見せて下さり、夫共々感激でした。
しばらく焼き鳥はこちらに通いそうです。
また近日中にお邪魔させていただきます。
【再訪】
先日、またお邪魔してきました。
この日は3人で訪問。
残念ながら鶏ウィンナーが2本しかなかったのですが、3人で2本…ちょうどいい量でした。
それと、カマンベールとはちみつは上に乗ったナッツが香ばしくて美味です。
前回と連続で頂いてます(笑)
やはり、とても肉厚でジューシーで美味しい焼き鳥屋さんでした。
今度は、満月ワインバーにお邪魔したいと思います。
