基本的にはコースですが２軒目用コースや追加の単品も豊富です

純系名古屋コーチン、一色産鰻、鴨が這入るコースですね
「コーチンはらみ」
横隔膜のない鳥の腹筋群、炭焼きでサクッとながらもブリンとした肉々しさあり美味しいですね
「鰻の白焼き」
三河一色産のうなぎは白焼きで、脂のりよく香ばしさと脂のうまみでたまらないですね、赤ワインもすすみます
追加の「鶏塩ラーメン」も美味しかったなー
