今池の駅近くの路地裏にある油そば専門店。ちょっと分かりにくいところにあります。
カウンター席のみで店は狭く、すれ違うことができない。
この店の特徴は、基本の油そばに複数のトッピングで味をコーディネートしていくところ。ただこのシステムは20円単位でトッピングの値段が加算されるので、なかなか面倒。いちいち食券が必要です。
自分のベストの味を探しだす面白さもありますが、何回も来ないとベストコンビネーションを見つけ出せません。一見さんにはおすすめできません。
■油そば＋酢、ラー油、生にんにく、一味、ごま
今回は卓上トッピングのみでいただきました。酢はそれほど酸味は強くありません。生にんにくの有無でかなり味が変化することが分かりました。
