歌志軒が今池に出来たので行って見た。
焼肉→2軒目(飲み放題)→歌志軒←今ココ
三軒目の〆で散々飲み食いしたのにかかわらず、ビールを頼んでトッピングも山盛り。(もやし、ネギ、チャーシューW、魚粉)
歌志軒・本店で食べて以来3年振りぐらいになる。
チャーシューは、ジューシーでつまみとして食べても美味しかった。
チャーシューにラー油をかけで丸めて食べるのがとても好きな食べ方。
もやしは、食感がシャキシャキするので麺とのコラボがとても合う。
しかし、今回の様にトッピングを色々すると油とタレが万遍なく回らず、味も物足りなくなる気がする。
麺は倍盛りにしてしまった！
デブ道を突き進む。
量は満足。味は薄かった気がする。
後の方で、店主からタレを渡されて追加でかけまわしてフィニッシュ。
酔って腹一杯だったので、次回はお腹ペコペコの時に大盛り麺を食べに行きたい。
