名古屋の油そばブームの火付け役。
酢と辣油を入れて混ぜるタイプの油そば。
油そばというネーミングだがそれほど油っぽくなく。
肝心のラーメンはガツン感がないので少し物足りない。
トッピングのチャーシューと卵黄だけでは？？
刺激を求め辣油を多めに垂らしてみるが…。
酢の効力で中和していて全然辛味がない。
気温が上がってくると食欲が落ちる時食べたくなる一品。
多店舗展開のお店なのでどこでも食べられる油そば。
