ランチで伺いました。
★ハンバーグステーキ&カニクリームコロッケランチ
・ハンバーグステーキ(デミグラスソース)
・ズワイガニクリームコロッケ

オープン前の行列4組目だったので1巡目で入店できました。
ズワイガニのクリームコロッケ推しらしく、ハンバーグも食べたかったので両方食べれるランチを注文。
ハンバーグはオーブン仕上げのサクふわで、カニクリームコロッケは濃厚なカニの風味で、付け合わせのタルタルはあっさり目の味。
サラダの盛り付けが素敵で、キャベツのマリネのココットにポテトサラダが添えてあり、紫芋とオレンジの上に紫大根とローズマリーが盛り付けてあり、お洒落なサラダでした。
