名古屋市千種区仲田にあります「ツムギキッチン」さんへ訪問です。
ツムギキッチンさんは名古屋人気洋食店で
2013年7月にオープン。
かつて名東区野間町の洋食店「キッチン雅木」の
ご出身のいわゆる"雅木系"の洋食店。
※2015年に閉店してます。
キッチン雅木出身のお店は
名古屋市内に「キッチン俊貴」、「キッチンノム」、「キッチン心」、「キッチン兆」がありどれも食べログ洋食百名店にも選ばれており、どのお店も名古屋の洋食では外せないお店です。
やはり雅木系のハンバーグは個人的に好きですね。
表面にパン粉をまぶしてカリッと揚げ焼き。
外はカリッと中はふわりと蕩ける食感で食感の対比が素晴らしく焼き目の香ばしさも癖になります。そして特製のデミグラスソースとの相性も抜群。
キッチン雅木を継承し丁寧な仕事をされる
素晴らしき洋食百名店です。
次回はハヤシライスを食べます。
