地下鉄今池駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所にあるセルフ方式のうどん屋さんです、宮崎に本拠があるお店ということみたいですね、年末のお昼に利用してみました。店内はカウンター７席とテーブル２卓の席数、１１時少し過ぎくらいと早めの時間に入ったので一番乗りでした。
メニューはいろんな種類のうどんとそばが中心、それに中華そばや台湾まぜそば、きしめんといったほかの麺類にかつ丼、天丼、カレーライスといったご飯ものやそれらのセットなどもあります。
この日いただいたのはちくわ天うどん、カウンターで提供してくれる時に辛いのを入れるかどうか聞いてくれるたので、よく分からずに入れてもらいましたがコレは青とうがらしみたいですね、ピリッとしたしっかりした刺激が感じられます。つゆは無添加の天然だしということでしっかりとした出汁のいい香りが香ってきますね、うどんはもちもちとした食感でワタクシ的には好みのタイプ、天かすとネギをたっぷり入れて美味しくいただきました。
なかなか良かったので機会があれば今度はそばとかも試してみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
