健康になって欲しいからというマスターがいて、
冷凍したフルーツからミキサーでスムージーにしたカクテルを売りにしているバーです。
一見して女性向きの甘いフルーティスムージーカクテルを売りにしていますが、
実はバーテンさんは本当の意味でのバーテンさんです。
本日は、夕食でお腹一杯の後で軽く一杯のつもりでプラプラしていて、
外の看板のスムージーカクテルのカキコに魅かれて寄りました。
「アルコール度数を抑えて、冷凍いちごを入れたスムージーカクテルを下さい」
「一番好きなカクテルはラッフルズのシンガポールスリングです」
と言ったら写真のカクテルを作って頂きました。
マンゴー、グレープフルーツ、ラズベリー、いちじく、そして僅かの人参によるスムージーカクテルで、
ベースはBEEFEATERです。
ジュースのような飲み易いカクテルで美味しかったですヨ
お任せの二杯目は、
カボスとすだち（共に生ですヨ）のアルコール度数を少し上げたカクテルで、
今度はスッキリとした味わいを楽しませてくれました。
お任せの三杯目は、
ニュージーランド産の花のウォッカという珍しいお酒をベースに
ソーダとトニックウォーターで割っただけのカクテル。
花の香りがしますがしっかりとしたお酒の味わいのカクテルでした。
一杯目～三杯目に至る道筋が素晴らしい。
ジュース味～しっかりアルコールでも香り付き
と私の体調を飲み方で判断して変化を付けて頂けました。
お客の様子を見ながらその時ベストのカクテルを提供できた素晴らしいバーテンさんです。
聞くと10年に渡って色々なお店で修業をして来ましたとのこと、ナァ～るほどぉー。
このバーテンさんならどんな我儘にも応えてくれるでしょう。
