平日開店直後の1735過ぎに入店。先客なし。おすすめメニューの特選厚切牛タン･ハラミ盛合わせ1280円、特選ミックスカルビ980円、ホルモン盛り合わせ750円とハイボール450円を注文。付きだし、サービス料、税もなく3460円。寡黙なご主人だがお肉をていねいに大事にさばく姿にこだわりがひしひし。こちらもしっかり味わって食べな、と思いながら至福のひととき30分。評判通りに良質のお肉、ホルモンはどれもおおぶり。塩コショーの牛タン･ハラミは素材の旨味がじゅわじゅわ、甘タレからんだホルモンとカルビは歯ごたえもよろし。今池にはたくさんの焼き肉屋がひしめくが、ひとりかふたりで上質を手頃に味わうなら早めの時間にここがオススメ。
