仕事帰りにふらりとこちらへ。
立呑割烹とあるが普通に座って飲める居酒屋。
まずいただいたのは、〆というよりは日本酒のあてにぴったりとあったので名物からすみ蕎麦を。
そばつゆはなくからすみの塩気だけでいただく蕎麦はからすみたっぷり。
初めは少しもの足りなく感じるが、食べているうちにからすみの塩加減が馴染んできて美味しい。
次に名物カニクリームコロッケ。
これがとても斬新。
コロッケの中にカニクリームはなく、ホクホクのインカのめざめがぎっしり。
カニクリームは外に、カニ感があり優しい味のクリーム。
覚王山マーボー豆腐は、覚王山とうふとヨコイのナゴヤあんかけ麻婆豆腐のソースのコラボ。
豆腐は揚げ豆腐で、外は薄くカリッとサクサク、中はふわんふわんの感動的な食感。
ソースはピリッとしてやみつきになる旨辛がたまらない。
あんかけスパの麻婆豆腐というよりはひと味違う新しい麻婆豆腐。
覚王山とうふと相まって感動的な美味しさ。
日本酒は関東ではまず見かけない岐阜県のお酒がいくつかあったが、全て売り切れで残念。
天穏は辛みのないすっきりとしたお酒、作は安定の心地良いほのかな甘さがある。
美味しい日本酒と日本酒に合う小料理を楽しんだ。
カウンターは5席しかなく、そのうち4席は2人組であまりひとり飲み向きではないかもしれない。
少人数でさくっと飲むのに良さそうなお店だった。
