愛知県名古屋市千種区豊年町にある中華蕎麦 生るにお伺いしました。名古屋市営地下鉄 東山線・桜通線 今池駅から徒歩約11分のところにあり、公共交通機関からアクセスしやすいです。自動車でも共用の駐車場が6台あるため便利です。座席は10席で、カウンター席のみのお店です。
今回は味玉つけ麺（1180円）をいただきました。麺は極太麺で、小麦の外の皮に近い部分を中心に数種類ブレンドしたもとのことで、コシと弾力があります。スープは豚骨、鶏ガラ、野菜、煮干し、魚介のスープです。濃厚なスープで、深いコクがあります。和風のスープで、上品な味わいで、とても美味しかったです。
中華蕎麦 生るは東京のつけ麺の超人気店で修行された名店仕込みのつけ麺＆塩ラーメン専門店です。濃厚な味わいの豚骨魚介スープとコシのある麺が人気です。看板メニューであるつけそばは抜群の塩加減の利いた濃厚スープと小麦粉本来の旨みが味わえる麵との相性抜群です。
