本日はこちらでしっぽり飲むことに。
学生時代はこんな良さげな店無かったはずだけど…と思いましたがそれもそのはず、オープンしたのは約3年前だそう。2階に上ってみるとバーっぽいのを想像してましたが、明るく居心地は良さそう。カウンターに着席、常連さんでカウンターは盛り上がってました。
さてさて何にしよう。
ボトルも良いけど、樽生があるならせっかくなんで樽生ラインナップからチョイスしましょう。
・サンフーヤン キュベ デ ノエル 1,100円
→ハーブのような香りと鼻に抜けるスパイスが、飲み始めから終わりまで続く深く残る余韻、これぞブラウンストロングエール。寒い時期だからこそ、身体に沁みますね。ABVも8.5と高めのため、ポカポカしてきますね。
・ディッケ マ ティール 1,050円
→5年ぶりに日本に入ってきたペールエールとのことで気になりオーダー。麦芽の香り、スッキリとしつつも苦みがほのかに残る飲み口が良いですね。
・自家製ソーセージ 1,000円〜
→本日は鹿肉のソーセージ。肉肉しくジューシー、獣臭さは無く、隠し味のスパイスビールが良いアクセントになってるのだろう。かなり食べ応えがあり、ガッツリかぶりつきながら飲むベルギービールは至福のとき。

ベルギービールのラインナップは相当なもの、かつ樽生タップも季節毎に揃え、一期一会な感じがまた堪らない。実家に戻る時しか来れませんが、また是非来たいビアバーでした。
