シャトーブリアン食べ比べの中でも「平井牛」が気に入りました♪
「平井牛」は初めて頂きましたが、がっしりと大きく、肉色は艶やかで豊かな風味。口に入れると滑るように溶け出して感動しました！
さすが五つ星ホテル料理人が秘密にしたい最高峰と言われているブランド和牛なだけあります

日本でも最高峰のブランド牛「田村牛」
箸で持つだけでわかる柔らかさ
脂肪の質と香りの良さが他のブランド牛と格別に違う
甘味があって、卵黄と絡めるとこの甘味が増す
私はこの美味しさを言葉で表せる言葉を持ち合わせてない、、、それくらい至極
私の中で究極の1品でした
▷出汁を味わう冷麺
こちらは柑橘系の鰹出汁がシャーベット状になっており、具材はなくシンプルな冷麺
変に具材をのせていないためお口直し、〆にピッタリ
量もちょうど良かった！
他にも一つ一つ良かったところ美味しかったところを紹介していきたいんだけれど本がかけてしまうくらい長くなるから特に気に入ったものをご紹介させて頂きました
支配人の方、従業員の方みんな感じが良くてとても居心地が良かった！また行きたい☆

Enjoy high quality beef in a luxurious space ♡ [Applause] ⬇️Here's what we ordered this time ・Applause course ¥25,000 ⬇️Click here for the course contents ・Kimchi ・Applause salad ・Applause yukhoe ・Raw black tongue (thinly sliced) ・Marusin , Ichibo, Lamp, Kainomi (salt/sauce) ・Chateaubriand (2 types) ・Palate cleanser (plum sorbet) ・Special applause broiled ・Cold Cold Noodles with dashi soup ・Dessert (3 types of Small dish) The exterior and interior are just amazing Luxury! This time we had a dinner party with 5 people in a luxurious room✨️ First, we toasted with champagne✨️ Kimchi and applause salad (choregi salad) were brought out, and we were waiting for Yukhoe! It's minced and seasoned, so you can break the egg yolk and mix it in ♡ It has a delicate taste, and every time you bite into it, the flavor of the meat fills your mouth, and I realized later that you can eat it on top of rice. I wanted to! The best part of this course is "Chateaubriand"! This time, we will compare the meat of Hida and Gunma! Hida has fine and soft meat! I enjoyed the unique sweetness and rich taste ♡ The Gunma one has a deep flavor and juiciness! The strong taste of the meat spread throughout my mouth and I felt like I was having a luxurious meal♪ And Cold Noodles here are really delicious and I love them! The soup stock made with bonito flakes, kelp, and yuzu is really refreshing and delicious! The cold Cold Noodles are so cold that you can eat them in no time! I love it so much that I could eat a whole serving! It's also great that you can enjoy 3 kinds of desserts after the meal.You can enjoy the portions in small portions, so you'll be satisfied until the end.This was my second time here, and it was delicious and enjoyable until the end.It seems like you can make a reservation even if you are not a member.
