少し前から気になってたこちらのお店へふらっとおじゃましてきました〜
お目当ての品は、、、
ユーポー麺
西安発祥のこちらの麺は、ニンニクが効いてて夏にぴったりらしく、お野菜もとれるならとこれをお願いしました
しばらくして着丼。
見た目はまぜそばかなぁと思いきや、どうやら今でいう油そば的な一品でした！
具材はもやしや青菜やねぎやチャーシュー。そこにたっぷりニンニク入ってて、油の掛かった麺と底にあるタレも一緒にまぜまぜ、、
全体が絡むと、うまぁいい
シンプルですが、久しぶりにガッツリ麺を味わうタイプだったので空腹時にはやばいメニューっすね！
思わずペロリでした（笑）
いろいろなメニューがある熊猫厨房さん。とても駅から近いから、どんどんメニュー開拓してみたいお店でした
