なんと、僕の中でハンバーガー史上最高のハンバーガーが登場してしまった。
パティはジューシーさと肉感が両立して、ミンチは細かく無いのに柔らかさを感じるまさに100%生肉から成形してくれた最高のパティ。
バンズは歯ごたえに柔らかな口溶けとサクサクした食感を同期させた最高の感覚。
好物のダブルチーズバーガーをオーダーした僕は「こ、この旨さ！なんじゃー！？」と叫び、わずか1分のうちに最高のバーガーの最高の瞬間を逃さず、胃の腑に叩き込んでしまった。
この店、ウチの名古屋支店の支店長が「うまいハンバーガー屋があります。東京でもグルメバーガー食べ歩いたけど、こんなうまい店はなかった。一度行きましょう！」と言って誘ってくれなければ出会わなかった店。
予想外に食べログの評価が低くて意外な店でもある。
実家の企業を継ぐ将来を約束されていながら、ハンバーガーが好きで「自分で店をやりたい！」と全く実家の企業とは別の法人を立ち上げたという社長が店に居て、話をするチャンスがあった。
この男が作るハンバーガーならうまいだろうという雰囲気、風貌。なかなか、イケてる兄ちゃん風。
店内もコンクリート、タイル、黒塗りの鉄枠、そして木を使って、ペンダントライトが綺麗に灯るカッコよい店。
名古屋に来て、ひつまぶし食べたりするのもいいし、味噌カツ食べるのも、味噌煮込みうどん食べるのもいいが、この店食べずして名古屋を語るなかれというほどインパクトのある、しかも嫌な食後感のない素晴らしい味。
チキンフライもサイドオーダーで頼んで良かった品の一つ。
選べるフレンチフライとオニオンリングではフレンチフライの旨さはその辺のフレンチフライと比べたら失礼なほどの群を抜くしあがり。
僕の中で、うっかり自分の大好きなチーズバーガーを頼んでしまったが、アボカドバーガーとかから頼んで見れば良かった。
このダブルチーズバーガーからはもう二度と離れられない。
