久々に会う友人と今池で飲み会。
友人が選んだというお店に連行されて行ってみると、
なんだかちょっとグロテスクな
チキンの写真が目に入る。
チキンを丸ごとビール缶にさして
蒸し焼きにするというこちらの名物の
「ビア缶チキン」というものらしい。
さすがに2人でこれは量も多いし、
やっぱり見た目にもちょっとリアルすぎる。
お通しはショートパスタを揚げたもの。
細長いパスタを揚げたものは良く見るが
これは歯ごたえもあって食べだすと止まらない。
自家製燻製シリーズから、盛り合わせを。
燻製カキのオイル漬け、塩さばの燻製、
ちくわの燻製の3種類。
えっ、ちくわ？とか思ったけれど、
何気にちくわの燻製がなかなかいい味出している。
ちくわの中に燻製チーズとか入ってたら
もっと美味しいかもねなんて思ったり。
ビア缶チキンは量的に無理そうなので
モモ肉の旨カラアゲを。
話もはずんで、結構飲んだなぁ。
お店も綺麗だし、居心地も良かった。
