元旦から今池のアペゼでのんびりした翌日は
予約をしてる近くのイタリアンでランチです。
店内はアマルフィ海岸のヴィエトリを思わせる
すごくオシャレな雰囲気でびっくりしました。
本格ナポリピッツァと自家製生パスタが自慢で
トリビーから、王道のマルゲリータを注文。

本場ナポリの職人が作ったピザ窯で焼き上げる
マルゲリータは小麦香るもちもち食感の生地に
トマトとモッツァレラとバジルが絶妙に絡んで
めっちゃ美味しいです！！！
フォカッチャ、サラダ、スープまで抜かりなく
新年早々、本格絶品ピザが楽しめて大満足。
接客もすごく丁寧で良かったです。
