千種駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所に２０１８年９月１４日にオープンした居酒屋、本店は名駅にあるお店で刈谷、栄に続きココが４店舗目となります。刈谷以外は行ったことがある結構お気に入りのお店なのでコチラもさっそく平日の夜に利用してみました。店内は１階がカウンター４席にテーブル３卓、２階席もあるみたいですね。１９時ころに入りましたが１階はほぼ満席、２階も宴会が入っているみたいで結構賑わっていました。
メニューは串揚げとおでんがメイン、それにおでん出汁で作るカレーうどんもウリのようですね、串揚げとおでんはいろんな種類があってなかなか魅力的なラインナップです。
まずは牛すじどて煮とおでんのとろろこんぶと車麩、それに串揚げから京生麩、串かつ、子持ち昆布を注文、牛すじどて煮はお肉がしっかりととろとろになるまで煮込まれていてどての味もしっかりとしていながらクドいなんてこともなくすごく美味しいですね。串揚げもきめ細かな衣はなかなかのレベル、串かつのお肉はしっかりした大きさで適度な脂身も入っていてすごく好みの味、そして子持ち昆布、プチプチした食感の心地よさがたまりません、看板メニューだけのことはありますね、コレは必食です。
追加でうにく串を注文、黒毛和牛の串揚げにウニとイクラを乗せた贅沢な１品、お肉は柔らかくてウニも臭みがなくなかなかイケますね、料理は全体的に満足の内容でした。
お通しは特に何も出なかったですが、お通し代として３５０円はかかっていたので単純に席料ってことなのかな。スクラッチでドリンク無料券が当たったのでまたコレを使うために再訪しなくちゃです、ごちそうさまでした。
