夜にふらっと訪問したのはこちらのお店です。
インターネットで少し検索してみましたが、お隣のニクバルダカラの系列店なんでしょうか？
でも経営しているAJ ドリームクリエイトのHPには掲載はされておらず、FCでしょうか？
ちょっと分かりませんでした。
この日注文したのは、
●刺身盛り合わせ
●とんがり
●焼きポテトサラダ
●チキン南蛮
●マグロレアかつ
当店のフードメニューは、比較的低単価で小盛りなものが多いです。
少しずつ沢山のメニューを頼めていいですね。
名物メニューはとんがりで、その名の通り豚とガリをタレで炒めたものです。
しょうが焼きよりも甘みが効いていて、思ったよりもガリと肉の相性はいいと思いました。
焼きポテサラも、ポテトサラダを焼く、と言う発想はあまりありませんでしたが、食べてみるといけるな、と言う印象です。
チキン南蛮のタルタルも手作りされており、ちゃんとこだわっています。
店名にある「煮込み」感は正直あまり感じませんでしたが、身近にある素材・メニューでも調理方法や組み合わせを変える事で、新たな味になる事に改めて気付かされました。
