タルタルのソースにチャレンジ
久しぶりに美味しいハンバーガーを食べたくなってこのお店に。
前から気になっていたタルタルのソースで頂きました。わさびのトッピングも追加しましたが、この組み合わせは大成功でした。
トッピングとソースの組合せで色々楽しめると思います。
上ロースパティが絶品
新オープンしてるのを見て気になっていました。今池に用事があったので、ランチで入店。場所は少しわかりづらいですが、駅近です。
ランチメニューはシンプルなメニューでハンバーガーを4つのソースとトッピングからカスタマイズできます。値段も良心的でプレーンにオーダーすると1000円以内になりますね。面白いのはパティで上ロースという選択肢。150円なので試しにオーダー。ソースはレッチリにしました。
パティは上ロースにして大正解。今まで食べたことの無いパティです。美味しさでここまで際立っているものは中々出会えません。味の濃いソースにしても、しっかりとお肉の味わいが楽しめます。
レッチリのソースは辛いですが、辛さだけを強調したものではなく美味しいです。ただこのパティのこだわり方を考えるとオススメのソースを聞いてからオーダーすれば良かったとちょっと後悔。食後に店主にオススメのソースをお聞きしたらどのソースにも自信があるとのことでしたが、タルタルも個人的には気になってますが、BBQは色々なものを試していているとのことでした。次回はBBQにチャレンジします。

久々にこちらのお店に寄りました。
ハンバーガーはハラペーニョのハンバーガーで上パテロースにチェンジしたもの。付け合せのポテトは前にはなかったマッシュポテトをオーダーしました。
上パテロースの美味しさは相変わらずで、やっぱり最高です。久々に食べたので、はじめ食べたときの感動が戻ってきたような感じでした、美味しいです。
カウンターで調理しているところを見ていたときにパティ以外にも何か焼いていて何だろうと思って待っていたらマッシュポテトに焼き目を付けていたようでした。
これハンバーガーの付け合せとして最高です、その発想はなかったというか、盲点でした。付け合せに前はマッシュポテトはなかった気がするので、何気なく頼んだだけですが、孤独のグルメ風に言うと思わぬ伏兵にノックアウトという感じ。
ついでに言うとサラダのソースもオリジナリティがあり美味しいです。スイートコーンの濃厚な風味で甘いソースではありますが、手抜きのない感じで美味しいです。
