名古屋のハンバーガー界の第一線で活躍してきたまさしく”ハンバーガーの匠”ともいえる店主が立ち上げたお店。
オーダーは、ランチメニューからトッピングを選びました。
パティ・名古屋コーチン卵・チェダーチーズ。
題して、エッグチーズダブルバーガー。
さすがパティ2枚は肉肉しい。
嫌味のないお肉なので、3枚でもイケちゃいそう。
そして、卵とチーズの相性も良き。
カウンターにタバスコが置いてあるので、それをかけながら味変しました。
うん、美味しくなる。
ちょっと値段がはっちゃったけど、とても満足のいくハンバーガーでした。

自家製のBBQソースで仕上げてあります。
店主の好きな物が積み込まれたシグネチャーバーガーです。
1口目に「美味しい！」と、思わず口に出してしまった。
マジ美味いですよ、これ。
価格は1815円と少しお高めだけれど、それだけ出しても大満足。
この前、Instagramで是非食べてほしい。と写真が出ていたので、どんなものなのか食べてみました。
いやゃ、食べて良かった。
次はスズキバーガーとやらを食べてみたいです。

オーダーは「みそきしチヂミバーガー」
2023年 NBAバーガーラリーのお題は、みそ。
4店舗が参加してます。
BURGERS REPUBLICは、地元ローカルフードのきしめんを、大胆にチヂミにアレンジ。
具材は、しいたけ・お揚げ・ネギ・ニラの入ったきしめんをイメージして、鰹出汁の効いた甘めのみそだれを使用。鰹節で風味を強化してます。
ひとくちめに「うまいっ！」と、思いました。
タバスコ類の香辛料も合いますから、味変に使いました。
まじ、美味しいです。
平日はランチメニューがあります。
土日は、グランドメニューになります。
食べ方を克服しないと…笑

オーダーは、レッドホットチリチーズ。
酸っぱ辛いチリソースがチーズと相性良き。
それにカウンターに置いてある、緑のタバスコ(名前がわからない…)をかけて、辛味を増して食べました。
隣のお客さんがチキンをオーダーしてたんだけど、チキンがあるとは知らなかった…残念。
今回も美味しく頂きました。
