エスプーマ鶏白湯ラーメン
鶏そば啜るの系列になるのかな？！
そこもずっと気になってるけど、なかなかタイミングあわなくて行けなかったり今回こちらで初めて。
隣のアスケンタイガーでもいただけるようで
飲む時なら、そっちも入ってみたい♡
ここはカウンターで感染対策として1人ずつの区切りがあり食べるのに集中できますね！
注文したのは'鶏そばチャーシュー増し'
泡で隠れているけど、
スープは茶色がかった白濁色で少しとろみがあります
こってりと書いてあったけど、あっさりの中華そばとかもあり、そんな事もないのかなあ？なんて思って食べたらとっても濃厚(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
なんてゆうかクリーミーさもある
これは食べたかった感じの味！
白ご飯と食べてもいけそうな濃厚具合
レアチャーシューは豚肩肉を使用で柔らかさと赤み、脂がほどよくバランス取れてます。薄めの切り方なので食べやすいですね。
穂先めんまも柔らかく、好きな感じでした♪
ランチはセットもありそうで少し価格も変わるのかな
また来てみたいです♡

さくっとラーメン食べに行きました
店内のカウンターの仕切りが取り払われてて見た目変わってました
店員さんも前行った時とは違いました
若干無愛想気味に感じました
今回も前回と同じメニューで鶏白湯のチャーシュー増し。
チャーシューはその時で状態が変わるのかな？
悪いレビューもみるけど、この日は前回と変わってなくておいしいチャーシューでしたよ
スープも濃厚でとろみがあって表面はエスプーマでもちもちした麺によく絡むのがいいです
2回とも同じのがつづいたから次いくなら中華そばたべてみたいかも
