地下鉄今池駅から歩いて２分ほどの場所に２０２１年５月にオープンした焼肉店、休日の午後に利用してみました。店内は一階がカウンターとテーブル３卓、基本立ち食いスタイルのようですが椅子の用意もありました。それに２階と３階は普通のテーブル席になっています、１２時３０分ころに入りましたがほかにお客さん２組でした。
ランチタイムだったので８００円の日替わりランチをはじめ、牛カルビ定食、牛タン定食、とんちゃん定食、鶏ちゃん定食、本気のまぜそばといったランチメニューもありましたが、この日は普通に焼肉を楽しむことに。
通常メニューは厚切りステーキ、特選バラ、リブロースといった近江牛をはじめ、名物という赤身肉の塊焼きであるビップ焼き、厚切り塩タン、それに牛バラやハラミ、レバー、ホルモンなど定番のお肉にとんちゃんや豚バラ、若鳥モモ焼きなど豚や鳥もあります。サイドメニューとしては牛すじ煮込みやホルモンアヒージョ、炙りチャーシュー、焼野菜の串盛り、シメには本気のまぜそばやテールクッパ、ビップのまかない飯などなかなか魅力的なラインナップです。値段もお肉は通常焼肉店と比べて半分の量ということでカルビや赤身で４００円、塩タンやハラミで３５０円と基本的にはリーズナブルと言える価格帯です。
その中からいただいたのは厚切り塩タンにビップ焼き、近江牛特選バラなど。 厚切り塩タンは大きさこそそこまでではないもののしっかりとした厚切りで見た目的には質もなかなか良さそうですね。実際に味の方もそれにすごく柔らかさんとタン独特の心地よい食感、それにしっかりとした旨みが感じられてすごく美味しいです。
ビップ焼きはコチラのお店の名物ということで赤身肉の塊焼き、通常の半分の量のはずですが肉塊が２個と全然しっかりしたボリュームで出てきました。焼くのは難しいですが我ながら見事に焼けましたね、柔らかくお肉の味もしっかりでなかなかイケます。
お肉によってはそれほどおトク感がないものもありましたが全体的になかなか良かったですね、今度はホルモンとかアヒージョとかも試してみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
